Unlike the current trend, at PairConnex, we've decided to reduce our rates. Several modules that were previously optional are now included in the base price, potentially saving up to $2000 per event. We now offer a comprehensive solution, accessible starting from $5000.

Proudly presenting an all-in-one event platform. Why? Because we can save you time and money by allowing you to use a single platform for all your needs. Our platform can now serve as an event registration platform, as it is a transactional purchasing platform. It allows the purchase of multiple tickets at once, easily distributed to attendees. Tickets are sent electronically, and invoices are automated in the buyers' names. You even get access to a detailed sales report!

4. More Than Networking:

Although initially known for networking events, our platform now offers much more. While we still offer our unique intelligent matching algorithms guiding participants based on their needs and interests, did you know that using these tools is optional? Stay in touch with your participants using push notification functionality. It also allows exhibitors to retrieve leads. Participants can easily exchange information by scanning each other's QR codes. No more business cards. Note that our mobile web version is also always available.

6. Simplify Badge Generation:

Our platform now offers the badge generation feature. It's easy since participant information is already in the platform. We can even rent printers for your events, offering two formats: 4x3 or the label format in 3x2. Badges always include a QR code linked to the participant's profile, which can be scanned to create networking connections or control access to rooms. You can also customize badges with your colors.

7. Streamlined Room Access Control:

By using PairConnex, you can easily manage room access through QR code scanning. Codes are available on participants' apps or printed on their badges. This allows you to control who can enter a room based on their activity choices. Scanning can also be used to compile statistics on who entered which room. Increasingly, clients use us to calculate the time each participant spends in rooms (scan in/scan out) for continuing education units (CEUs). Plus, there's no need to rent scanners; everything is done directly through our mobile app!

8. Quick Access to a Recruitment Platform:

The Display module serves as an electronic bulletin board for your participants, especially for job or partnership offers. Employers can post job offers and candidates can apply directly through the platform. The person who created the offer receives daily notifications for received applications. There's also a tool to track application status.

9. Continuous Subscription for Multiple Projects:

At PairConnex, we offer an annual subscription package with monthly payments and no initial installation fees. While continuous platforms originally allowed working on only one project at a time, you can now create multiple projects simultaneously. For example, you can use the platform for your member portal while organizing your annual congress at the same time, in two separate environments.
